Accommodations – Review and Confirm

Please review the following before sending your letters of accommodation (LOA). All students registered with Accessibility Services will need to complete this process EACH term.

If you are registered with Accessibility Services and already have approved accommodations, you can move forward using the tools in this section.

If you require changes to your accommodations, or you are in a new program or have changed programs, please book an appointment with your applicable Accessibility Advisor.

Letters of Accommodation:

Once the accommodation renewal request has been completed, your instructors(s)  will receive an email and instructions on how to access and confirm your letters of accommodation (LOA).

You are also able to access your own LOA on this website at any time once your accommodations have been sent. 

Click the 'Accommodations' button at the top left-hand corner to begin the process of sending your LOA. 

Please note: some instructors are not assigned to our database until closer to course start dates, we ask that students submit LOA requests no more than one week before the start of classes.
